Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Wigs Canada, we prioritize hygiene and customer satisfaction; therefore, we accept returns on eligible items in their original, factory-condition within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the hairpiece has not been worn, styled, or altered in any way.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the wig in its original packaging with all inserts, hairnets, and tags intact to avoid a restocking fee.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package to our Ontario distribution center.
- 4.Quality Inspection
Once received, our specialists will inspect the item for quality assurance and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
