What is the difference between human hair and synthetic wigs?
Human hair wigs offer the most natural look and feel, and can be styled with heat tools just like your own hair. Synthetic wigs are pre-styled and hold their shape after washing, making them a low-maintenance and more affordable option.
How do I determine my wig size?
Most of our wigs come in an 'Average' size, which fits 95% of customers. To be sure, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind the ear, to the nape of the neck, and back to the other ear.
Do you offer discreet shipping within Canada?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy. The sender name on the shipping label will appear as 'WC Logistics' rather than 'Wigs Canada'.
Can I return or exchange a wig?
For hygiene reasons, wigs must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for return. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
How long will my wig last?
With proper care, synthetic wigs typically last 4 to 6 months with daily wear. Human hair wigs can last over a year. Using specialized wig shampoos and conditioners will significantly extend the lifespan of your piece.
